Samples
We offer
samples of our products to licensed doctors whenever possible. Limit
one sample per office.

Hours
Discus Dental is open from 5 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pacific Standard
Time. Simply call (800) 422-9448 and our highly trained sales
staff will take your order or answer any questions. You may also
order via fax 24 hours a day at (310) 845-1537.
Payment
Orders can be charged to your VISA, MasterCard, or American Express.
For a small fee, you may receive your product C.O.D. If you wish
to establish an account, please complete a credit
application. Just print it out, fill in your information, and
fax it back to us at (310) 845-1516.
Delivery
Our goal is to ship products the same day an order is placed. The
standard method of shipment is via ground service. For an extra
charge, products can be shipped by second day or next day delivery.
Return
Policy
Discus Dental, Inc. ("Discus") offers a 30 day unconditional money
back guarantee on all unused and unopened product returned within
30 days of the date of invoice (the "Guarantee Period"). Prior to
returning product, a valid Return Authorization Number ("R.A.#")
must be obtained within the Guarantee Period by contacting the Discus
Customer Service Desk at (800) 422-9448. No return will be accepted
without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number. After obtaining
a Return Authorization Number from the Customer Service Desk, the
product must be returned, with the Return Authorization Number clearly
marked on the outside of the box containing the product, to: Discus
Dental Product Returns, c/o Westside Packaging, 1700 South Baker
Ave., Ontario, CA, 91761. Discus will not accept any product that
is damaged or used and no refund will be made for the costs of the
initial shipping of the product. Price adjustments will be made
to volume discounts affected by partial order returns. Contact the
Customer Service Desk with any questions that you may have.
Payment Terms; Late Fees
The purchaser shall not retain or withhold from Discus any sum stated
on any invoice for any period. Any amount stated on any invoice
from Discus shall be deemed correct and binding upon purchaser unless
Discus receives notification of objection within ten (10) days of
the date upon which such invoice is rendered. Notification of objection
must be communicated to the Customer Service Desk at (800) 422-9448
or sent in writing to 8550 Higuera Street, Culver City, CA 90232,
Attn.: Customer Service Desk. Interest shall accrue on all amounts
remaining unpaid thirty (30) days after the date of invoice at the
lesser of: (i) one and one-half percent (11/2%) per month, or (ii)
the maximum lawful rate. Discus reserves the right to withhold shipment
of all subsequent deliveries in the event that Discus fails to receive
payment in full from purchaser within thirty (30) days of the date
of invoice. Acceptance by Discus of less than full payment shall
not act as a waiver of any of the company's rights.
Waiver
A waiver by Discus of any of these Terms and Conditions in
any one instance shall not be deemed or construed to be (i) a general
waiver of such term or condition, (ii) a waiver of any right that
Discus may have with respect to any subsequent breach, or (iii)
a waiver of the subsequent application of the Terms and Conditions
contained herein.
Costs of Collection
If Discus refers an invoice to an attorney or other party for collection,
the purchaser shall pay upon demand all of Discus' expenses of collection
including, without limitation, court costs and reasonable attorneys'
fees.
Disclaimer of Warrantees
Discus' Money Back Guarantee, as stated herein, shall be the purchaser's
sole remedy for any damages that may result from the transactions
to which these Terms and Conditions apply.
In no event shall Discus be liable for special, incidental, or consequential
damages as a consequence of transactions to which these terms and
conditions apply.
Errors
Discus reserves the right to correct any clerical or stenographic
errors that may be made to purchaser's account.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be construed under California
law.
